Giveaway Rules

One entry per initial sign-up, and one additional entry for each additional person successfully referred to join the giveaway. Prizes may not be exchanged or redeemed for cash. Winners will be selected by random drawing held on December 15, 2014 and will be notified by email.

If the winner does not claim the prize within 14 days of notice, an alternate winner will be selected.

This drawing and the prizes offered through it are intended for the personal use and benefit of readers of diaTribe. The winner shall not attempt to remarket or resell the prize(s), whether through Craigslist, eBay, or any other classified ad service or market, or otherwise.

There are a limited amount of referral prizes available. Only the first 100 people to achieve the 10-referral level will receive a $5 Amazon gift card, and only the first 100 people to achieve the 25-referral level will receive a diaTribe running shirt. If someone completes 25 referrals, they receive the diaTribe running shirt instead of the $5 Amazon gift card – they do not receive both. There is no limit on how many people can have their names listed on our “Thank you” page for referral winners.

Entrants who are not current subscribers to diaTribe agree to opt in to the diaTribe mailing list, subject to the diaTribe privacy policy.

All participants are bound by these rules and by The diaTribe Foundation’s decisions and interpretations of these rules. Offer void where prohibited by law.
