If you have type 2 diabetes and live in the United States, you may be eligible to participate in this at-home study. Researchers will provide a CGM for the length of the study.

Omada Health is conducting a 6-month study to evaluate a type 2 diabetes management program using an online program for Diabetes Self-Management, Education and Support. Participants need to meet the eligibility criteria. This study is conducted completely online and from home.

To be eligible, you must be 18 years or older, live in the United States, have an Android OS 5.0 or an iPhone 7 or later running iOS 11 or higher, have a type 2 diabetes diagnosis, be willing to have at-home visits from a study-provided healthcare professional, and wear a continuous glucose monitor (CGM) during the study. You can earn up to $250 for completing all study activities on time. Additionally, all participants will be able to experience the Omada Health Diabetes Program either during or after the study.

To participate, check your eligibility by entering your email address and answering a few screening questions online. Then, complete the pre-enrollment activities, which include an initial survey online, an at-home visit with a study-provided healthcare professional, and wearing a study-provided CGM.

After completing the pre-enrollment activities, if eligible, you will be asked to sign an online consent form. Upon enrollment, you will be randomly assigned to participate in one of two groups. Both groups will continue their current diabetes treatment as recommended by their healthcare provider and complete two additional at-home visits and surveys. However, only one group will receive the Omada Health Diabetes Management program during the study.

If you have additional questions about this study, please contact the Evidation Studies team at [email protected] or (415) 226-4115.
