Register for TCOYD’s Native American Conference in Corning, CA

Taking Control of Your Diabetes (TCOYD) is organizing its next conference on Saturday, August 27th (9 am – 4 pm), offered specifically for Native Americans with diabetes. One in six Native Americans has diabetes – among the highest prevalence in the US. The conference will take place in Corning, CA (about two hours North of Sacramento) and feature an outstanding lineup of experts, opportunities to “ask a specialist,” and free health screenings.
